CRM Alerts for iOS

CRM Alerts Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how you may use CRM Alerts for iOS, how access and subscriptions work, and the responsibilities that remain with you and your organization.

Last updated

At a glance

  • Use your organization’s Microsoft account and only the business information you are authorized to access.
  • CRM Alerts requires a valid license. Your Microsoft and other connected-service licenses remain separate.
  • App Store subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple. Removing the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
  • Your organization controls its business data. Read the CRM Alerts Privacy Policy for the app’s data handling.

About these terms

CRM Alerts is provided by Nemely AB, Drottninggatan 33, 111 51 Stockholm, Sweden. These terms apply to your use of the iOS app and its licensed features. If your organization has a separate agreement with Nemely, that agreement governs the services and commercial arrangements it covers.

For an App Store download, the software license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom license agreement is provided with the app in the App Store. These service terms do not replace the applicable software license or Apple’s purchase terms.

Accounts and access requirements

You use a Microsoft Entra ID account controlled by your organization. Nemely does not manage that account, its password or your organization’s access policies. Your administrator decides which environments and records you can access and can change or withdraw those permissions.

A CRM Alerts license does not include Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 or optional third-party services. You or your organization must hold the licenses, permissions and compatible configuration required for the features you use.

Keep the app and iOS up to date, protect your device and credentials, and use the app in line with your organization’s security policies. Features may depend on internet access, device capabilities, permissions and the deployed app version.

CRM Alerts licensing

Access may be provided by an individual App Store subscription, an organization license or a time-limited trial. The app validates the applicable license and may require a renewed online check. An expired, unavailable, blocked or invalid license can limit access to licensed features.

The duration and conditions of a trial or organization license are those shown in the app or agreed with your organization. Do not assume that a trial includes a paid subscription or that a license can be shared with another user.

If a license appears incorrect, refresh its status, restore an App Store purchase where applicable, or contact Nemely. Losing app access does not transfer ownership of your organization’s records to Nemely or delete them from Dataverse.

App Store subscriptions

The App Store purchase screen shows the subscription period, price, currency and any offer before you confirm. Apple processes the payment using your Apple Account. An auto-renewable subscription continues until you cancel it under Apple’s terms; the renewal price and applicable notices are managed through Apple.

You can manage a subscription in iOS Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions and any deadline shown for your subscription or trial. Signing out, deleting CRM Alerts, losing Microsoft access or asking your administrator to remove a license does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription.

Use Restore Purchases in CRM Alerts with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple’s refund process and applicable law. An organization-provided license is administered under the organization’s agreement with Nemely.

Your organization’s data

CRM Alerts accesses business records directly through your organization’s Dataverse APIs, using your authorized identity. Nemely’s license-validation service is separate from those business-data requests. Your organization retains control of the records and its decisions about access, retention and permitted use.

Only view, change, share, export or delete information that you are entitled to handle. Review recipients and the consequences of an action before confirming it. Changes made through CRM Alerts can update your organization’s live business systems.

The CRM Alerts Privacy Policy explains sign-in, license-validation information, device permissions, optional connected services and privacy requests.

Responsible use

  • Do not bypass license checks, access controls or your organization’s security rules.
  • Do not use the app to access another person’s account or information without authorization.
  • Do not disrupt the service, distribute malicious content or use it unlawfully.
  • Respect intellectual-property rights and the applicable software license.
  • Check important information, approvals and changes before relying on them or sending them to others.

Notifications, reminders, widgets and background updates depend on device settings, connectivity and external services. They are not guaranteed emergency or safety-critical delivery channels. Use your organization’s normal controls for urgent or important decisions.

Optional services and AI

Optional integrations are governed by their providers’ terms, permissions and charges. Your organization must approve their use where required. Providers can change availability or functionality, which can affect the connected experience.

When you use a cloud AI feature, information required for the request may be sent to the selected provider. Review the provider’s terms and your organization’s rules before sharing content. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; verify it before making a decision or allowing an action in a business system.

Updates and availability

Nemely may provide updates, fix defects and make changes needed for compatibility or security. Continued access can require an updated app or a new sign-in. Service availability also depends on Microsoft, Apple, your organization’s environment and any optional providers.

Contact Nemely about an app or license issue. Your organization’s administrator handles Microsoft accounts, business-data permissions and customer configuration. Any agreed support response times or service commitments are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Ending access

You may stop using the app at any time. Cancel a paid subscription through the party billing you and follow your organization’s instructions for locally stored information. Removing the app does not close your Microsoft account or remove business records from your organization’s environment.

Access may be limited when a license ends, your organization withdraws permission, or a security issue or material misuse requires action. Contact Nemely if you believe a license restriction is a mistake. Any contractual notice or remedy requirements continue to apply.

Rights and responsibility

The applicable software license and any separate agreement set out warranty and liability provisions. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights. They do not override Apple’s obligations for purchases it handles.

Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy, administration and backup of its business systems. Report suspected app defects or access problems promptly and provide only the information needed to investigate.

Changes and contact

The date above identifies this version. If terms change, Nemely will provide notice or seek agreement where required. Posting an update does not remove rights already granted by a contract or by law.
