How we help

From a working system to a better way of working.

Four connected services help leaders, teams and process owners prepare for change, build capability, adopt useful behaviors and redesign work for CRM, automation and AI.

Why this service matters

Build confidence through practical learning.

Connect system steps to the tasks, decisions and customer situations each team handles. Plan learning for launch, new starters and changes to the solution.

01

Confidence in daily work

People practice the tasks, decisions and exceptions they handle in their role.

02

Responsible AI use

Teams practice checking sources and output, protecting information and knowing when a person must decide.

03

Support from within

Trainers, champions, managers and service teams prepare to answer questions and guide colleagues.

04

Learning that stays useful

Agreed materials, recordings and trainer guidance give your team resources for onboarding and future updates.

How we work

Plan, practice and prepare your own trainers.

We agree the audiences, sessions and materials needed, test them with representative users and plan how your team will keep the learning current.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand roles, current skills, changes to the work, accessibility needs and launch timing.

  2. 02

    Design

Set learning objectives, choose formats and plan realistic scenarios and practical checks for each role.

  3. 03

    Build

Prepare the agreed exercises, facilitator guides, quick-reference aids, AI guidance and learning resources.

  4. 04

    Rehearse

Pilot with users, trainers and champions, then improve the examples, clarity and timing.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Run focused sessions with demonstrations, guided practice, questions and feedback.

  6. 06

    Hand over

Prepare internal trainers and transfer the materials, with clear ownership and a plan for future updates.

01 / Practice by role

Practice the situations your teams recognize.

Sellers, service teams, managers and administrators need different exercises. We use their tasks and decision points, working in your configured solution where readiness and data handling allow.

  • Learning objectives and paths for each role
  • Realistic customer situations and exceptions

02 / Build AI judgment

Build judgment into AI-assisted work.

  • Approved tasks and information boundaries
  • Clear instructions, source checks and output review
  • Human approval, exceptions and escalation

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

The final scope always depends on your situation. These answers explain the decisions we will work through together.

How is the training delivered?

We agree remote, in-person or mixed sessions suited to your audience, with demonstrations, guided practice and supporting resources. Exercises can reflect your configured Dynamics 365 processes and roles where the environment is ready and data handling allows it.

How are workshops different from user training?

Workshops help people explore needs and make decisions about processes, designs or use cases. User training gives people the knowledge and practice to do agreed work in the solution.

Can training include Copilot and AI agents?

Yes. We cover approved tasks, information boundaries, useful instructions, critical review and when human approval or escalation is needed. Training reflects the capabilities and governance available to your users.

Can our team continue the training afterwards?

Yes. We can prepare internal trainers with practice, guidance, delivery notes and escalation routes. We also agree who owns the source materials and when to review them as processes, features or governance change.

When should planning start, and what affects the cost?

Start audience and resource planning early. Build detailed materials as the solution stabilizes, then pilot before wider delivery. The number of roles and participants, delivery format and materials needed shape the cost and timing. We agree session scope, preparation and any follow-up support before starting.

How do you check whether training worked?

We look beyond attendance. Depending on the goal, checks can include completing realistic tasks, learner confidence, support questions, manager feedback and later adoption evidence.
