From a working system to a better way of working.

Four connected services help leaders, teams and process owners prepare for change, build capability, adopt useful behaviors and redesign work for CRM, automation and AI.

Why this service matters

Help people understand the change and put it into practice.

Make the impact on each team clear, give leaders practical responsibilities and prepare people before new ways of working go live.

01

People understand why the change matters, what it means for their role and where to get help.

02

Active leadership

Sponsors and managers know which decisions, conversations and support their teams need from them.

03

Clear AI responsibilities

Teams understand approved uses of Copilot or agents, the data boundaries and when people must review results.

04

Ongoing ownership

Named internal owners have a practical plan for feedback, support and continued improvement after handover.

How we work

Prepare, involve and support your teams through change.

We align the change work with your delivery plan and agree the support needed before launch, during rollout and at handover.

  1. 01

    Understand impact

Identify affected roles, changes to daily work, readiness and concerns that could slow progress.

  2. 02

    Align leadership

Agree the purpose, sponsor actions, decisions, success measures and who handles unresolved issues.

  3. 03

    Involve people

Bring managers, champions and representative users into the work to test assumptions and hear concerns.

  4. 04

    Prepare for launch

Coordinate communication, role-based learning, AI guidance and practical support around real tasks.

  5. 05

    Support and hand over

Review feedback and agreed measures, address gaps and prepare internal owners to continue the work.

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

The final scope always depends on your situation. These answers explain the decisions we will work through together.

When should change work begin, and who needs to be involved?

Begin during strategy and solution planning, or assess readiness if delivery is already underway. Sponsors set direction, managers support teams and process owners define the work. Champions bring local feedback. We agree participation and prepare internal owners to continue the work after handover.

What affects the cost and timing?

The affected roles, scale of the change, project stage and support needed shape the work. We agree activities, your team’s participation and the extent of any communication, learning or follow-up support before starting.

How does AI or Copilot change the approach?

AI affects tasks, judgment and accountability. We help teams understand approved uses, data boundaries, which actions an agent may take and when a person must review or take over. People need a clear way to question a result and report an exception.

How do you handle resistance?

We first look for the cause, such as unclear purpose, extra workload, poor usability, missing skills or low trust. We match the response to the problem and use feedback to see whether it helps.

How do you measure change without monitoring employees?

We agree measures openly and use them to improve the solution and support. These can combine suitable aggregated usage data, process outcomes, support themes and voluntary feedback, within your privacy and governance requirements.

How does this relate to User Adoption and Training?

Change Management prepares the organization and coordinates leadership, communication and readiness. User Adoption focuses on everyday use and removing friction. Training and Workshops provides practical sessions and learning materials. We agree which activities your project needs; coordinating training does not automatically include delivering every session.
