How we work

Choose the work. Deliver it. Learn from the results.

We work with your business and technical owners to agree priorities, responsibilities, delivery capacity and a release schedule that fits your team.

  1. 01

    Listen

Bring together user feedback, recurring support issues, business goals, relevant platform changes and risks.

  2. 02

    Define the need

Agree the problem, affected process, expected benefit and constraints before choosing a solution.

  3. 03

    Prioritize

Compare value, effort, risk, urgency, dependencies and ongoing maintenance with your decision makers.

  4. 04

    Release

Design, configure, test and communicate the agreed change before an approved deployment.

  5. 05

    Review

Check use, quality, process impact and feedback, then update the plan and ways of working.

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

The final scope always depends on your situation. These answers explain the decisions we will work through together.

How is Continuous Improvement different from Support?

Support handles the needs of the live service. Continuous Improvement focuses on choosing, delivering and reviewing planned changes. They can work together, with separate responsibilities and measures agreed for each.

How do you choose useful improvements?

We combine business goals, user feedback, service evidence and relevant Microsoft updates. Each proposal is checked against standard features, security, maintainability and operating impact; simplification may be the best option. We agree priorities, what to adopt or defer, and a manageable backlog.

What affects the cost and release schedule?

The changes, delivery capacity, risk, testing and preparation for users all affect cost and timing. We agree the work, responsibilities, budget and release schedule before delivery. The amount of work in a cycle depends on that scope; there is no fixed release schedule that suits every team.

Can we include AI ideas?

Yes. We start with a specific task and define acceptable results, supporting data, permissions, human review, risks and evaluation. That helps decide whether to test an idea or use it more widely.

What should we measure after a release?

We agree a useful starting point and measures matched to the problem, such as process time, quality, user effort, exceptions, adoption or support demand. We avoid collecting data that is unnecessary or inappropriate.

Can you work with our internal product owner and makers?

Yes. We agree decision rights, quality standards and responsibilities. Your team can own priorities and selected delivery, with Nemely providing structure and specialist help where needed.
