Why this service matters

When CRM value stalls, make the next improvement visible.

Accelerator is for organizations already using Dynamics 365. It combines user experience and business-process insight with a focused technical review.

01

A shared baseline

Usage, pain points, business goals and platform observations are brought into one view.

02

Evidence over opinion

Stakeholder insight is combined with configuration, performance, error and adoption evidence.

03

Prioritized action

Quick wins and structural changes are weighed by value, effort, risk and dependency.

04

Clear ownership

The roadmap connects recommendations to owners, sequencing and measurable outcomes.

How we work

A 360° view of the CRM you already have.

The review follows the value chain from work and adoption to technical health and the path forward.

Agree business outcomes, current frustrations, known risks and what good should look like.

  2. 02

    Listen

Interview leaders, process owners, administrators and everyday users.

  3. 03

    Inspect

Review configuration, custom code, data, integrations, performance, security and capacity.

  4. 04

    Prioritize

Score findings and separate immediate improvements from deeper changes.

  5. 05

    Mobilize

Create the backlog, ownership model and roadmap for measurable improvement.

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

The final scope always depends on your situation. These answers explain the decisions we will work through together.

Do we need to be using Dynamics 365 already?

Yes. Nemely Accelerator assesses and improves an existing Dynamics 365 environment. If you are deciding on a new CRM direction, Pre-Study and Business Case is usually a better starting point.

What access do you need?

We agree read access to relevant environments, administration information, analytics and documentation. We also need input from representative leaders, process owners, administrators and users.

What is included in the review, and what affects cost and timing?

The agreed scope can include customizations and integrations, their business purpose, technical condition, dependencies, performance and risks for future changes. The number of environments, areas to investigate and access to evidence and participants affect cost and timing. We confirm the review outputs first; delivery of recommended improvements is agreed separately.

Can Nemely carry out the recommended improvements?

Yes. The core service gives you a prioritized improvement plan. We can then help deliver selected changes through focused sprints or a wider programme agreed with you.

Can Accelerator help us decide whether to rebuild?

Yes. If smaller improvements are unlikely to achieve your goals, the roadmap can explain the options and next assessment steps for a larger redesign or reimplementation.

How is improvement measured?

We agree starting measures for the business, processes, adoption and platform. Recommendations connect to those measures so you can review progress after changes are made.
