Yes. Dataverse gives model-driven applications a shared way to work with business records and relationships. We assess whether a requirement belongs in the existing Dynamics 365 experience, a separate app or an integration.

Can our business team maintain what is built?

The answer depends on the solution and the skills available. We agree which changes business makers can own, provide a maintainable structure and identify work that needs specialist development or administration.

Are solutions also a way to move business records?

A Power Platform solution packages application components and customisations. Migrating the business records those components use is a separate activity that must be planned and tested.

What affects the cost and timing of a Power Platform project?

The applications, workflows, data model, integrations and governance requirements determine the work. We review licences and capacity for the intended users and connections, then agree testing, deployment and handover. An app prototype is only part of the effort needed for a maintainable business solution.

Where should we start if we have several app ideas?
