Industry and Operational Solutions

Built around the way you operate.

A project milestone, a client engagement, a maintenance agreement. Every business has work that a generic customer record cannot explain on its own. Nemely connects that operational detail with the people and relationships behind it.

A few organizations we've worked with

Your working world. A better connected system.

Start with the work your business is known for. These four routes connect Microsoft’s platform with the practical detail of running projects, serving clients, supporting assets and building a growing team.

Project businesses

Carry the promise through to the project.

The scope agreed with a customer needs to reach the people planning the work. Dynamics 365 Project Operations brings sales, resourcing, delivery and project finance into a connected application. We help define the handovers and responsibilities that make it useful.

Client engagements

Give every engagement a clear home.

In a professional practice, relationships and delivery develop together. We help firms connect client intake, engagement information and collaboration. For legal teams, Nemely Legal Practice Management provides a specialist starting point on Dynamics 365.

Equipment and service businesses

Stay connected after the installation.

The customer needs an answer about a particular asset, agreement or upcoming service. Nemely Product Lifecycle Management and Dynamics 365 Field Service offer different ways to organise that information. We assess which application fits the work and where the two may need to connect.

  • Identify the equipment and the customer responsible for it.
  • Understand the coverage and important lifecycle events.
  • Put the next service or renewal in someone’s hands.

A focused CRM foundation

Keep your next stage of growth manageable.

When customer details live in personal inboxes, even a small team can lose track. We help you introduce a focused CRM with the records, follow-up and ownership you need now. Nemely Essentials brings customer and sales work together on Microsoft Power Platform, with configuration agreed around your team.

How Nemely helps

Bring the process into the room.

The most useful first workshop includes the people who receive work, deliver it and account for the result. We turn those perspectives into a practical application scope.

Pre-Study and Business CaseProcess DesignCRM Implementation

Follow a real piece of work

Trace a recent project, engagement or service commitment. Identify where context was lost and which decisions needed better information.

Agree the application boundaries

Choose the system responsible for each record and handover. Compare a standard Microsoft capability, a Nemely application and a tailored extension.

Introduce a complete first journey

Release an end-to-end slice that a team can actually use. Review the exceptions and operating responsibilities before extending its scope.

Planning notes

Choosing the right operational starting point

One platform does not mean one application for everything

A specialist application is valuable when its core records and processes fit your work. We compare that fit with configuration, integration and ongoing ownership. Your existing finance, document and specialist systems remain part of the design decision.

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

Can we improve one part of operations first?

Yes. A useful first release might cover the move from an accepted proposal to project setup, or from an asset installation to its first service reminder. We make dependencies visible so a smaller scope still supports a complete working process.

Do these solutions replace our finance system?

That depends on the application and deployment you choose. We assess which system should own customer, project, transaction and invoice information, then define the required connections. A CRM or industry application should not become a second, conflicting accounting record.

Where can AI help in operational work?

A specific administrative task is a good place to assess it. For example, Project Operations includes Copilot assistance for project planning and status reporting. We verify the relevant capabilities, access and configuration, and agree how project staff will review the output.
