How we help

From go-live to a platform that keeps earning trust.

Four connected services help you operate reliably, learn continuously, understand solution health and make better decisions about what to improve across CRM, Power Platform and AI.

Why this service matters

Understand the issues. Know what to address first.

We review the technology alongside your processes, users and daily operations. The result is a clearer view of risks, improvement opportunities and the decisions your team needs to make.

01

An outside perspective

Test assumptions against the available evidence, relevant Microsoft guidance and how your solution is used.

02

Understand the risks

See where security, data, performance, ownership or the way changes are released could put the solution under strain.

03

Clear priorities

Understand which actions matter most, based on impact, urgency, dependencies and likely effort.

04

A basis for decisions

Use the findings to plan fixes, improvements, ongoing support or future investment.

How we work

From your concerns to a practical action plan.

We agree what to review and the evidence needed before starting. We consider business fit as well as technical condition and make any limits in the evidence clear.

  1. 01

    Agree the scope

Confirm your concerns, the systems and environments involved, access requirements and the decisions you need to make.

  2. 02

    Gather evidence

Review available documentation, configuration, usage and support information, and speak with the people who use and manage the solution.

  3. 03

    Review the solution

Assess the agreed areas, from architecture and data to security, performance, operations and business fit.

  4. 04

    Check the findings

Discuss observations with owners, explore likely causes and confirm missing evidence or other constraints.

  5. 05

    Plan the next steps

Prioritize actions, explain dependencies and agree who needs to make each decision.

01 / Understand the architecture

Understand how your systems fit together.

We look at environments, components, integrations, data flows and ownership. We also review how changes are tested and released, to identify fragile connections and unnecessary complexity.

  • Environments, solutions and their connections
  • Data flows, integrations and clear ownership
  • Testing, release practices and maintainability

02 / Review the health dimensions

See where your solution needs attention.

Relevant Microsoft guidance, including Power Platform Well-Architected, helps structure the review. We relate findings to your daily work, business risks and the evidence available.

  • Reliability, monitoring and day-to-day operation
  • Security, access, data and governance
  • Performance, capacity and ease of use

03 / Turn evidence into action

Turn findings into a plan your team can use.

We distinguish urgent fixes from longer-term improvements, explain the tradeoffs and recommend a sequence. Your team can see what needs a decision, what depends on other work and who should own each action.

  • Findings supported by evidence and rated by risk
  • Immediate fixes and longer-term improvements
  • Owners, dependencies and recommended next steps

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

The final scope always depends on your situation. These answers explain the decisions we will work through together.

When is a Solution Health Check useful?

It can help when issues keep returning, releases feel risky, performance or adoption is falling, or ownership has changed. It also provides evidence before further investment, especially where customizations have accumulated or new AI capabilities are being considered.

What affects the cost and timing?

The number of environments, solution complexity, review areas and available evidence shape the work. We agree the scope, access, your team’s involvement and expected outputs before starting. Any further investigation or implementation is scoped separately.

What information and access do you need?

We agree the minimum evidence and permissions for the scope, following your security procedures. Depending on access, this may include documentation, administration insights, Solution Checker and monitoring information. Sensitive environments can be reviewed in stages; tools inform the assessment rather than decide it.

Does it replace a penetration test or compliance audit?

No. We can identify security and governance concerns within the agreed scope. Penetration testing, legal assurance and formal compliance certification need their own qualified engagements.

Can you assess Copilot or agents?

Yes, where they are part of the solution. Checks can cover purpose, supporting data, access, connections, monitoring, evaluation, human oversight and escalation. The scope depends on the capability and its risks.

What happens after the review?

You receive prioritized options, from fixes and simpler operating practices to targeted redesign. Replacement is recommended only when the evidence and tradeoffs support it. Your team, Nemely or another partner can carry out the work. Implementation is agreed separately from the health check.
