Business applications. Built around your work.

Dynamics 365 implementation starts with the process you need to improve. Nemely helps you select and configure the right applications, connect customer information and prepare the people responsible for the work.

Choose the application. Design the connections.

A successful Dynamics 365 project resolves both questions: what the application should support and how it will work alongside the rest of your organisation.

Application fit

Start with the roles and records that drive the process.

A salesperson, a service representative and a project manager need different working views. We assess Sales, Customer Service and Project Operations against those responsibilities, then identify where information should be shared and where each team needs its own process.

  • Walk through a representative customer journey.
  • Separate essential requirements from later improvements.
  • Make the handover between roles explicit.

Connected customer context

Keep the conversation connected to its record.

Dynamics 365 App for Outlook can link an email or appointment to a relevant account, opportunity or case. This is one practical connection to validate during implementation: can the right person find the customer context without recreating the conversation elsewhere?

  • Agree which communication belongs on a shared record.
  • Configure access and the supported Outlook setup.
  • Test the handover using realistic customer scenarios.

Implementation foundation

Build for the systems and people around the application.

Sales and Customer Service use Dataverse, which provides business tables, relationships and access controls. Connections to ERP, specialist tools and other data sources still need deliberate design. Nemely defines migration rules, integration ownership and rollout support as part of the implementation.

  • Confirm the source of customer and product records.
  • Rehearse data migration and integration failures.
  • Prepare role-based training and named support contacts.

How Nemely helps

A rollout shaped by application fit.

We make the first release specific enough to test: a defined group of users, an agreed process and the integrations needed to complete it. That scope guides configuration, migration and adoption.

Demonstrate the proposed process

Use the standard application to walk through agreed tasks and record where configuration or an extension is required.

Connect and rehearse

Build the essential integrations, trial the migration and test permissions across the roles involved in the release.

Support the working day

Prepare users for their actual tasks, check the first live handovers and give the operational team a clear support route.

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

Can different Dynamics 365 applications share information?

Applications such as Sales and Customer Service use Dataverse. The tables, environments and permissions you configure determine how information is shared. Other Dynamics 365 products and external systems may require separately designed integrations.

How much should we customise Dynamics 365?

We start by testing standard capabilities against the agreed process. Where a requirement remains, we compare configuration, a supported extension and process change, including the effect on future maintenance.

Can we roll out one team at a time?

Yes, when the shared data and integration dependencies make that practical. We define the initial users, migration boundary and handovers to teams that will continue working in existing systems.

What affects the cost and timing of a Dynamics 365 implementation?

The applications, teams, data migration, integrations and changes to standard processes determine the scope. We review licensing separately from implementation effort and agree testing, training and launch responsibilities. A schedule follows the agreed scope and access to the people making decisions.

How should we prepare for the first implementation discussion?

Bring the business outcomes you want, the current applications and examples of the work that is difficult today. Include a process owner and someone familiar with the systems. Together we identify the first users, key dependencies and the decisions a pre-study or demonstration needs to resolve.
