How we help

From a working system to a better way of working.

Four connected services help leaders, teams and process owners prepare for change, build capability, adopt useful behaviors and redesign work for CRM, automation and AI.

Why this service matters

Make the CRM easier to use for the work that matters.

Focus on whether people can complete their tasks, maintain useful information and get help when they need it. Together, we agree what progress should look like.

01

Useful workflows

Help teams complete customer tasks and share information with fewer unnecessary steps or duplicate work.

02

Confident users

Give people practical support to complete tasks, recover from mistakes and know where to ask for help.

03

Informed AI use

Help users review, refine or reject Copilot and agent outputs, with clear responsibility for the result.

04

Focused improvements

Use agreed measures, data quality, support themes and feedback to identify what needs attention.

How we work

Understand the work. Support your people. Keep improving.

We start with the tasks people find difficult, agree priorities and plan support your teams can continue after handover.

  1. 01

    Understand current use

Review daily tasks, workarounds, data quality, confidence and support needs. Agree useful measures of progress.

  2. 02

    Set priorities

Choose the roles and tasks where improvements would make the most difference to customers and colleagues.

  3. 03

    Prepare local support

Give managers, champions and support teams practical guidance and a clear way to pass feedback to owners.

  4. 04

    Practise and support

Agree the mix of task guidance, role-based practice, drop-in sessions and coaching your teams need.

  5. 05

    Review and hand over

Review progress and recurring problems, then agree who maintains the adoption plan as the solution changes.

01 / Remove daily friction

Find what gets in the way of everyday work.

We look at how people work, from duplicate entry and missing information to unclear steps and slow handovers. Each issue goes into a practical list of improvements.

  • Review of key roles and everyday tasks
  • Usability, data and workflow problems
  • Priorities for solution changes and user support

What we work towards

Task → friction → response

02 / Make help local

Build a champion network people will actually use.

Champions need time to help colleagues, examples from real work and access to product owners. We help define their role and how feedback reaches the people who can act on it.

  • Champion selection, preparation and responsibilities
  • Peer support and regular opportunities to share learning
  • A clear route from user feedback to decisions

03 / Measure useful behavior

See where adoption is helping, and where it needs work.

We agree measures that show whether people complete key tasks, maintain useful data and need less support. The results guide improvements within your privacy and governance requirements.

  • Task completion, usage and confidence by role
  • Data quality, process and support indicators
  • A prioritized improvement list with named owners

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

The final scope always depends on your situation. These answers explain the decisions we will work through together.

How do you measure successful CRM adoption?

We look at whether each role can do its work, maintain useful data and complete key processes. Suitable usage signals, support demand and user feedback help explain the result. Measures follow your privacy, security and governance requirements; logins alone are not the goal.

Why do people avoid using a CRM?

Common causes include duplicate work, poor data, too many steps, missing connections, unclear value or insufficient practice and support. We look for the cause before recommending training or communication.

Does AI change the adoption approach?

Yes. People need to give useful context, review results, protect sensitive information and understand the limits of the tools. Practice should include checking a summary, approving an action and taking over when an agent needs help. Clear accountability and ongoing learning remain essential.

Can you improve adoption in an existing Dynamics 365 system?

Yes. We assess where users struggle and prioritize the roles and tasks that matter most. The plan may include configuration, process, data, training, support and leadership actions. We agree which activities we deliver and which your teams or existing partners own.

Who needs to support adoption?

Leaders, managers, process and product owners, support teams and implementation partners share responsibility for a workable solution. Champions should understand the work and have time to help colleagues, with access to product owners so feedback leads to action.

What affects the cost and duration of adoption support?

The scope, affected roles, release pace and your team’s capability shape the work. We agree the activities, support period and responsibilities before starting. Support should cover the settling-in period and prepare your team to continue adoption work through normal product ownership.
