Accessibility Statement
We want our website to be useful to as many people as possible. This statement explains our accessibility target, the limits of our current evaluation and how to get help.
Last updated
At a glance
- Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
- The whole website has not been fully assessed against every requirement; we do not claim full conformance.
- If a page is difficult to use, contact us for help or to request information in another format.
Our accessibility approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. These guidelines address making content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with different needs.
This statement concerns Nemely’s public website. It does not establish the accessibility of customer CRM implementations, separate product interfaces or external services reached through links. Those services require their own assessments and information.
Using the website
- Pages use headings and real links to provide a reading structure and navigation. The sitemap offers another way to find published pages.
- Navigation and native disclosure controls support keyboard interaction. Visible focus styles help show which control is selected.
- Layouts adapt to smaller screens. Policy tables can be scrolled horizontally when the available width is limited.
- Motion effects use reduced-motion preferences where implemented. Your operating system or browser may provide a Reduce motion setting.
- The policy pages and sitemap present their main content and links without requiring JavaScript.
Visit the Sitemap to browse the website’s published pages by topic.
Evaluation status
The complete website has not yet been evaluated against every WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criterion. We therefore do not claim full conformance or independent accessibility certification.
Development checks for these policy pages and the sitemap cover heading structure, keyboard-accessible links, small-screen layouts and content available without JavaScript. These checks are limited in scope and do not replace a full assessment using assistive technologies and user testing.
Known limitations and review priorities
- Some older articles, technical screenshots and downloadable documents have not been fully assessed for accessibility. Information contained in an image or document may need to be provided in another format.
- The moving customer-logo strips on commercial pages respond to reduced-motion settings and pause on hover or keyboard focus, but do not provide a persistent pause control for every visitor.
- Third-party destinations, including recruitment services and social platforms, have their own interfaces. Their accessibility has not been assessed as part of these website-page checks.
- Full-site testing with screen readers, high magnification and complete interaction sequences remains to be completed.
If one of these limitations prevents you from finding information or completing a task, contact us. Explain the information or outcome you need so we can help through another suitable channel.
