See how your CRM works and what needs attention.

We review your Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solution and its data, helping you understand the issues, risks and dependencies before you invest in changes.

Planning a change to an existing CRM?

For teams preparing to upgrade, migrate or consolidate a solution, change delivery partner or begin AI work, especially when documentation is incomplete.

Your CRM audit

  1. Data quality and ownership
  2. Solution structure and dependencies
  3. Findings and next steps

A few organizations we've worked with

What’s included

A clearer view of your data, your solution and your priorities.

Understand what is working, where there are concerns and which findings matter most for the decision ahead.

Data stewards reviewing representative CRM records, quality patterns and ownership
What we work towards

Quality + lineage + ownership

01 / Examine the data

Check the condition of your data

Review agreed data samples to understand how quality and ownership affect daily work, reporting and future changes.

  • Missing, inconsistent, duplicate or invalid records
  • Where data comes from, how it is used and who owns it
  • Access, retention and data cleanup needs
Solution architects tracing Dynamics 365 components, environments and dependencies
What we work towards

Components + dependencies + ownership

02 / Examine the solution

Understand how the solution fits together

Map the agreed applications, environments and connections to see how configuration and custom work affect reliability and future changes.

  • Settings, custom code and automated processes
  • Connections to other systems and key dependencies
  • Permissions, ownership and how changes are tested and released
Business and technical owners prioritizing CRM audit findings and remediation actions
What we work towards

Protect + remediate + modernize

03 / Turn findings into decisions

Decide what to address first

Turn findings into practical priorities, separating confirmed evidence from open questions and areas that need a closer review.

  • Business impact, urgency and estimated effort
  • Suggested actions, owners and dependencies
  • Urgent protective steps and longer-term improvements

We agree the systems, data samples, access and exclusions before starting. The audit provides findings and recommendations within that scope; it does not guarantee that every issue has been found.

How we work

From agreed scope to practical priorities.

  1. 01

    Agree the scope

Define the decision, systems, data samples, access and evidence to review, including what the audit will not cover.

  2. 02

    Review the evidence

Map the agreed solution and examine representative data, configuration, connections and records of how changes are managed.

  3. 03

    Confirm the findings

Review the evidence with data owners, process leads, administrators and architects to check business impact and missing context.

  4. 04

    Prioritize the next steps

Set out recommended actions, owners and dependencies, separating urgent concerns from longer-term improvements and further investigation.

What you take away

Clear findings. A practical plan for what comes next.

We agree the outputs at the start and record evidence, limitations and questions that need further investigation. Implementing fixes or redesigning the solution requires a separate scope.

  1. 01

Agreed scope, evidence sources and limits of the review

  2. 02

Data findings covering quality, ownership and how data moves between systems

  3. 03

Solution and environment inventory, with dependencies, access and maintenance observations

  4. 04

Prioritized action plan with business impact, risks, estimated effort and dependencies

  5. 05

Summary of findings and next decisions for business and technical owners

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

A few practical answers before we talk about your project.

When is an audit useful, rather than a health check?

An audit is useful before a major upgrade, migration, replacement, consolidation, partner change or AI project, especially if documentation is incomplete. A Solution Health Check focuses on the current condition and operational risks of a live system. This audit builds a deeper view of its data, components and dependencies to support a larger decision.

What affects the cost and timing, and who needs to be involved?

The number of environments, data sources and connected systems, depth of review, available documentation and access approvals affect effort, cost and timing. We also need time with people who know the solution and its data. We agree scope, participation and schedule with your decision owner, administrators, data owners and process leads before starting.

Does the audit check every record and every line of code?

Not by default. We agree coverage based on risk, using inventories, platform tools, representative data samples and targeted reviews. Reviewing all records or conducting detailed code analysis must be explicitly scoped. Findings describe the evidence reviewed, not a guarantee that the whole solution is free of issues.

What access and information will you need?

We agree the environments, permissions, documentation and evidence needed before review. Access follows your identity, confidentiality and data-handling requirements, using only the permissions needed and agreed rules for extracting evidence. Depending on scope, we may use platform checks, inventories, logs and deployment records. Tools support professional judgment; they do not replace it.

Is this a security or compliance assessment?

No. We can report on permissions, ownership, configuration and governance within the agreed scope, but this is not a penetration test, security certification, formal compliance assessment or legal assessment. Specialist security, privacy or compliance reviews may still be needed.

Will Nemely fix the issues found?

The audit provides findings and a prioritized action plan. Implementing fixes, migrating data or redesigning the solution is separate work that must be agreed and scoped. Nemely can support that follow-up. Migration design or a dedicated AI readiness assessment may still be needed before delivery.
