System Integration

Connect your CRM with the systems you rely on.

We connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with your other business systems, with clear rules for data, security and what happens when something goes wrong.

Still copying information between systems?

We start with the business process, the systems involved and where information needs to go.

What’s included

Make information easier to share.

Bring the right business context to people, workflows and approved agents, with clear control over the actions each can take.

What we work towards

Source → event → destination

01 / Understand the flow

Know what needs to connect

Map which information should move, when it is needed and which system owns it.

  • Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and external systems
  • Data ownership and validation rules
  • Timing needs and the impact of failed transfers

What we work towards

Secure integration architecture

02 / Design for trust

Choose a practical connection

Use supported connectors and APIs where they fit. Define what each app, workflow or agent may read and change.

  • Standard connectors or custom APIs
  • Data mapping, permissions and permitted actions
  • Scheduled or real-time updates, including system limits

Monitor + recover + improve

03 / Keep it dependable

Prepare for everyday use

Test the complete process and agree how issues will be detected, recovered and supported.

  • Realistic testing with representative data
  • Monitoring, alerts, retry and recovery rules
  • Documentation and support responsibilities

How we work

From the first data flow to a supported connection.

  1. 01

    Map the flow

Agree the systems, information, data owners and business priorities.

  2. 02

    Design the connection

Choose the approach and define data, security, timing and recovery rules.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Configure or develop the connection, then test successful and failed transfers with realistic data.

  4. 04

    Prepare for launch

Agree monitoring, deployment, documentation and who takes responsibility for support.

What you take away

A clear connection. A plan to keep it working.

We agree the deliverables with you, including the documentation and handover your team needs.

  1. 01

Agreed integration requirements and data ownership

  2. 02

Documented connections, data mappings and design decisions

  3. 03

    Security and access arrangements

  4. 04

    Testing evidence and monitoring setup

  5. 05

Operating instructions and agreed support responsibilities

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

A few practical answers before we talk about your project.

Which systems can you connect to Dynamics 365?

Common examples include finance and ERP systems, websites, customer portals, marketing tools, document systems and data platforms. We assess each system's capabilities and the information to share, using supported standard connectors where they meet your requirements. Custom APIs or components are considered when the business need justifies the additional work.

Do we need real-time updates?

Not always. Some processes need an immediate update; others work well with scheduled transfers. We assess timing, data volumes, consistency and system limits before choosing the approach.

How do you protect our data?

We define who or what can read and change information, how it is protected during transfer and which data needs to be shared. For agent actions, this includes the connection identity, permitted operations and any required approval. We also agree how activity is recorded and who is responsible on each side of the connection.

Will the work disrupt our operations?

We plan testing, deployment and the move to the new connection around your business operations. Any planned interruption and the launch approach are agreed before changes are made to your live systems.

What happens if a transfer fails?

We design appropriate logging, alerts and retry or recovery rules, then document what the support team should do. Monitoring and support responsibilities are agreed as part of the scope; an ongoing support service is agreed separately.

What affects the cost and timing?

The systems involved, available connectors and APIs, data complexity, security requirements and testing all affect the work. We review these with you before agreeing the scope and delivery plan.
