We are looking for a motivated and driven Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer with at least 3-4 years’ experience in implementing Dynamics CRM on-premises or online. You will join a team of highly skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM consultants in an expanding startup based in Stockholm, Sweden. Our mission is to provide the best technical solutions to support the processes and requirements of our clients through implementation and client specific development of Dynamics CRM solutions as well as internal product development of extensions and verticals for Dynamics CRM and the Office365 eco system.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements
• Understand functional requirements and Technical Architecture
• Perform Fit Gap Analysis
• Prepare Technical Specifications
• Develop High Level Project Work Plan
• Lead Technical Discussion with client
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization & Configuration
• Analyze and design the solutions for the requirements and transform the same in terms of configuration and a Design Document for Complex Custom extension components
• Extend Dynamics CRM through JavaScript, plugins, workflows and external apps using a best practice approach
• Conduct Code & Test Case reviews as needed

Minimum Qualifications:                  

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM product and SDK Knowledge
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification is a must
• Proficiency in developing efficient client side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes and a high level of knowledge in developing .NET applications
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM online integration with other processes and applications
• Multi-tasker; ability to track & prioritize activities and balance work between multiple projects and assignments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• SQL
• SSRS, UX Design, Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experiencing in implementing Office365
• Experience in developing mobile apps using Swift and/or Java
• Experience in Dynamics CRM on-premises installation
