Join us at our state-of-the-art headquarter at Sthlm 01, a part of Skanska’s Sthlm New. Our office offers one of the best views of the city and the design concept is inspired by Gerhard Richter, which contains several different shades of gray colors that create a calm and elegant atmosphere.
Our new home has an open-plan office layout which supports employee collaboration and engagement, and improves and maintains our company culture. We also have three conference rooms which are named after the company’s core values: productivity, efficiency, and simplicity. Also, we have a spacious phone room and quiet areas which provide respite from distractions. And, we have a panoramic view of Årstaviken and Stockholm right from our office!
At Nemely we care about the environment. That’s why we are so proud to base our operations out of a truly sustainable piece of modern architectural marvel. Our Stockholm office is located in the brand new Sthlm 01 skyscraper just south of the main city. Powered by solar power, the building and its operations make a bold statement in how technology can be used to reduce the impact on our beautiful planet. Presence-aware lighting and temperature controls, waste separation and handling, and energy-efficient materials are just a few measures taken to take this building to the forefront of sustainability in Stockholm.
Our office is easily accessible by metro, subway, bus, ferry, and more. It’s also close to major highways and traffic routes. You can even take your bicycle to work since you can reach the city center within 10 minutes. In addition, the office is a short walk from Skanstull, Gullmarsplan, and Mårtensdal stations. And a new underground station just outside the building is in the works!
Car and bicycle parking is available on site. There are storage cabinets, drying cabinets, and charging options for electric bicycles in the bicycle garage. Changing rooms with showers and fresh clean towels are also beside the bicycle garage.
Hammarby Sjöstad is the first eco-friendly city district in Stockholm. The area is situated along the Hammarby Lake and is located very close and just south of Stockholm’s city center. In addition to many restaurants and coffee shops around the area, there are also walking trails, parks, docks, bridges, and small shops that give the neighborhood a charming vibe.

Enjoy dinner and after-work drinks with a panoramic view of the Stockholm at Restaurant Sjöstaden Skybar, which is only nine floors up from the Nemely office.
